Free Property Valuations
As a qualified agency we would be happy to visit your home and give you an accurate market valuation of your property when you wish to sell.

Mortgages or independent financial advice
Spanish mortgages are readily available to non residents or a resident who is not a Spanish national. MG Villas will assist you every step of the way.
You will need proof of income and a valuation of the property carried out by the bank. Non residents or a resident who is not a Spanish national will normally be offered a 70 % mortgage. We can give you advice on a range of products that would suit your individual circumstances.
We can also arrange for Currency Exchange at a very competitive rate.

Assistance in setting up a Spanish bank account
There is a wide range of leading banks to choose from. We will accompany you to the bank of your choice or, if you prefer, to a bank that will best suit your purchasing arrangements, i.e. with a bank that will give you the most competitive mortgage. You will need your passport and a small opening deposit. Debit cards and online banking are readily available.

Legal Matters
The services of a solicitor can provide peace of mind during the purchase procedure. There are many professionals companies to choose from. At MG Villas we will also provide a full conveyance service to further support the buying process.

Introduction to schools (state run or private)

  Choosing a school from the State School System will integrate you into the Spanish society very quickly and is a preferred choice for many families with younger children. Of course, the system is also cost effective.
