CASA AURORA is a lovely FOUR BEDROOM VILLA close to the beaches of JAVEA with panoramic MOUNTAIN & MONTGO VIEWS, MEDITERRANEAN GARDENS and ILLUMINATED POOL

EXTERIOR: Outside there is private parking, extensive open and covered terraces around a secluded 8×4m ILLUMINATED private pool. Within the garden there is a fully fitted SUMMER KITCHEN with BBQ, ample seating, and perfect seclusion in the walled garden. The spacious open tiled terrace is private and has sun loungers and parasols, and the rest of the garden is planted with mature palms and fruit trees. The house is in a quiet residential area which is very green and has a real country feel but is a few minutes drive to the beach and town.

INTERIOR: The villa is stylishly furnished and well equipped to high standards. The spacious entrance hall leads to a large lounge with separate dining area, which in turn leads though to a spacious kitchen with modern conveniences and a breakfast dining area. There is a washing machine and dryer. The lounge has INTERNATIONAL TV and RADIO.

BEDROOMS: All four bedrooms are large and the sleeping arrangements can be flexible. Each bedroom has a double bed. The master double bedroom has ensuite facilities. The whole house benefits from central heating, so is perfect for winter lets.

Inland you can enjoy the magnificen JALON and ORBA valleys with their grape, orange and almond groves set in dramatic mountain scenery. Situated in a delightful residential area with lovely wide views of the Mediterranean sea, this villa offers spacious accommodation on a large fenced plot.
